Excellent Quality, Very Sharp
These clippers are solid and well-made with extremely sharp blades. They are a bit heavier than typical nail clippers, but the weight adds to the quality feel and control. I was struggling to clip my nails and thought my wrists were weak — turns out I just needed a better clipper. This one cuts cleanly and makes the job easy. Use with care if you have neuropathy due to the sharpness. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, high-quality nail clipper.

Will change your life, if your toes are your life!
The nail clippers I used to have were hard to use, didn’t cut the nails well (required a great deal of force), and required a lot of trimming afterward because the arc was too tight. After years of dealing with crappy nail clippers, and thinking that’s just how nail clippers work, I decided to do a little research and found this. Yes, they’re amazingly expensive for a pair of nail clippers, but a Porsche is amazingly expensive for a car, right? The analogy is apt, because these are the Porsche of nail clippers, if not the Rolls-Royce. To begin with, they are made a very strong steel, and the lever that you use to apply the pressure to make the cut does not bend and flex like other nail clippers I’ve had. Furthermore, the cutting edge is sharp and strong. A little bit of pressure goes cleanly through the nail and does not leave a jagged edge. Moreover, the arc of the clipping edge of these is, dare I say, perfect. It has a gradual arc that’s not far away from a straight line, so you can easily put a curve across the front of your nail, or tilt the back end forward and cut a little bit straighter by using the middle of the clipper. I attended engineering school, and it is clear to see that some mechanical engineer put a lot of thought into this. He or she was probably as disgusted with the nail clippers they were using at the time as I have been. So that basically covers it. I know I have a set of nail clippers that I dare say my grand children will be able to use as long as I don’t foolishly misplace them at some point. These things are precision made with high-quality steel, and they totally thought out their utilization curve. If NASA made nail clippers for the space shuttle (maybe they do?) these clippers would be the ones!

Best clipper ever!
This clipper is worth the investment. It is a sturdy tool with built-in nail file. It quickly slices through even stubborn toenails like nothing I’ve ever tried in my 70+ years. Great purchase!

No More Pharmacy Counter Nail Clippers…EVER!
A few months ago I bought the Seki SS-106 model nail clippers and loved them. Recently, I upgraded to the SS-112 model after reading reviews and was intrigued by the reviews and larger size. Perfect! The size of the SS-112 model is bigger in the hand than the SS-106 with both models providing exceptionally clean, smooth cuts to the nails. The larger SS-112 is probably better for thicker nails as well as for those with larger hands/fingers. Being an older guy, these SS-112’s are easy to hold, easy to control while providing no resistance to toe and fingernails. Some reviewers mention this model might be too big for some people which, could be accurate but, for me, this clippers provided easy control and precision. The SS-106 model is a bit smaller and is great for fingernails and maybe for a bit more detail clips but, either one works great and I have no regrets purchasing both. Each product has a quality weight/feel, provides an exceptional nail clip while also giving the assumption that these high end nail clippers will likely last for years. The old adage “you get what you pay for” is fully exposed once I upgraded my nail clipping game with the Seki Edge SS-106 & SS-112. Worth the higher cost than those cheap pharmacy countertop clippers. I’ll never go back to low quality nail clippers.

Clippers deserve way more stars than 5
Amazing clippers! Better than I expected! I haven’t been able to get to the salon to get my acrylic nails filled and shortened and was desperately in need of shortening them on my own. These clippers cut them down like they were butter and didn’t cause any shattering. I just needed to do a quick pass with a nail fail to smooth my nails out.
