DO NOT ORDER THIS! DAMAGED PRODUCT, WRONG COLOR, CHEAP QUALITY
If I could I would rate this product 0 stars. Ordered for my daughter as a gift. Arrived in a box way too big for the product. The product arrived cracked, looks very cheap, and wasn't pink as ordered. It was red! Do yourself a favor and don't order from this seller. Not reputable at all. Horrible experience as indicated in many of the other reviews.

So disappointed
The first guitar I received was beautiful and just as expected. The only problem was that it was delivered with a huge crack in the neck. It looked and sounded so great I kept it until it broke a month later and amazon was nice enough to replace it. However, when the replacement arrived it was a different model. It is not as sparkly and a more reddish pink color which I can deal with along with different bridge piece. The biggest thing is that it sounds awful. It has a brassy metallic tone to it that won't go away no matter how many times I retune it. The first one had a beautiful sound nothing like this one. I live in a house full of musicians and even the most talented guitar player sounds like a beginner on this thing. I don't understand how just a different model could sound so horrific but I cringe every time I play it. I guess thats what I get for needing a replacement...

Daughter sold on guitar/ parents unsure
The physical appearance of this sparkly pink guitar was exactly as shown and detailed but it arrived with an empty hole where the electrical component should plug in and the part dangling inside with no nut to secure it in place, in addition to the built-in tuner not working after several new battery attempts. Assuming this happened during shipping since it was sold "like new", I'm still dealing with the electric issues; but the acoustic sound is great and the body and neck perfect for my 11yr old daughter who has not put it down since Christmas morning. This was my very first Amazon purchase so I wasn't sure what to expect.

Took a day longer than expected but arrived in the alloted time frame. Guitar was in excellent condition. My step daughter was as happy as could be.... I even got a hug.

My daughter loves it. Had a musician friend try it out and they said it was excellent quality for the money!

Dissappointing! Not loving the color! Totally different from image
If you're looking for a pretty shade of pink like the one pictured or even a gun hot pink, the current batch coming from the manufacturer is more of a reddish pink. We'd had high hopes for this guitar and my daughter immediately rejected it on the grounds of color. Even if it sounds great, the whole point was to have an awesome sounding sparkly guitar in a color she loves. I'm going to call the manufacturer to find put what our options are.
