Westcott 10414 Stainless Steel Metal Ruler with Non-Slip Cork Base, 6 in

I've used normal rulers for years, however, sometimes a fullsize ruler is too big and gets in the way. I punched this, then went back for 2 more. High quality build, light weight, easy to store and it is a great new tool to my work materials. I highly recommend this little ruler.

The media could not be loaded. This ruler is the perfect size for annotating papers and hardcover books. The stainless steel is durable and reliable, ensuring it will last for many years. Sturdy product and easy to read

I love love love this little ruler! I had one like it a long time ago and it went missing. I’m so glad I found this here because the size is perfect and with it being metal the lines are perfect!!

A very nice ruler & I had no problem removing the bar-code sticker. It didn't even leave any residue.

This is a nice small 6" ruler that is 3/4" wide. I wanted a wider one but didn't look at the dimension before I ordered it. Even so the photo with the thumb showing width is not quite accurate as my thumb takes up the whole ruler. I did not take off a star for this. I took off one star for the UPC label on the cork which when you pull it off some of the cork came off with it. Also you had to take off smaller pieces of the label trying not to damage the cork back anymore. I think it will be handy being as small as it it and I think I will get a lot of use out of it. Just hope the cork holds up. I like the whole in it to hang it with.

When purchasing anything, build quality is always an important factor for me. Whether it be a new phone, a new pair of headphones, or a lightning cable, if it isn't built well I usually won't buy it. This same rule applies to small things such as rulers as well. If you need a ruler, I would highly recommend purchasing a stainless steel ruler such as this one. The Westcott ruler is very durable and won't snap in half nearly as easy as a plastic or wooden ruler. The stainless steel build also will last a lot longer than a plastic or wooden ruler and won't get marked up nearly as much as a wooden one. If you do say get marker or ink on the ruler you can just wipe it off with a paper towel. The bottom of the ruler is made of cork which eliminates sliding on any surface - vital for getting precise measurements. There is a hole on one end for hanging, however, I don't see how that would be of much use for me. The hash marks on the sides of the ruler are very dark and easily legible. On one side there are metric measurements and on the other are imperial measurements. My only complaint is that it is longer than a typical ruler at 15 inches. This is my opinion, however, so I won't take off a star for it as some people may prefer the extra length. Overall, I would highly recommend this ruler. I love that the 6” ruler is narrower, in proportion with its size. It’s the perfect size to tuck in my purse.I bought two—one for my purse, one for small crafting while sitting on the sofa. My longer rulers stay on my art table.

A steel scale that has perfect engraved markings, both inch and cms. Corners are rounded, so don't hurt. The Cork base keeps your paper clean

A great little steel ruler for bullet journaling. Cork strip on the back raises edge off the page to prevent smudging. Good size to fit inside the pocket at the back of the journal. Solid construction.
