Needless to say, I never heard back from anyone after my initial phone call with an amazon rep.I eventfully contacted Proctor Silex directly for help.This is the reply I received - "We will be happy to assist you. Because your appliance is still covered under the limited warranty but is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or lesser value".GREAT, right???
