Review: Excellent wired headphones - I originally bought a pair of these 7 or 8 years ago and loved that pair, then replaced it when the ear covers were worrn and the replacement was also great. Now, I bought another to replace the one that now has worn out ear covers. The sound quality is excellent and I don't worry about pairing since it is corded. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. I use this when travelling on planes and clearly can hear music without being annoyed by other sounds. I wouldn't call it noise cancelling as much as noise buffering. It is much less and you don't focus on external noises, but you can still hear them very softly. The ear covers will wear over 3 years, but the sound quality is still great! Excellent headphones for the price.

I originally bought a pair of these 7 or 8 years ago and loved that pair, then replaced it when the ear covers were worrn and the replacement was also great. Now, I bought another to replace the one that now has worn out ear covers. The sound quality is excellent and I don't worry about pairing since it is corded. The headset is lightweight and very comfortable. I use this when travelling on planes and clearly can hear music without being annoyed by other sounds. I wouldn't call it noise cancelling as much as noise buffering. It is much less and you don't focus on external noises, but you can still hear them very softly. The ear covers will wear over 3 years, but the sound quality is still great! Excellent headphones for the price.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delivers great sound for budget phones, but...

For the price you pay, these headphones deliver a great sound with a balanced range and ample bass. By comparison, I purchased these to replace an older set of Beats Studio HD headphones and was pleasantly surprised that the Skullcandy's sounded better than the Beats. The fit is good, even with my larger knoggin' and the on-ear cushions are very soft. That lead me to one of my negatives. The fabric that encloses the earpieces is very flimsy and I can see these fraying or tearing very easily. Another drawback is the chord. It is short and it is fixed to the headphones so there is no replacing it with a longer chord. Even with the negatives, I found these headphones to be a great value for the price and am very happy with the quality of sound they put out
