Melissa & Doug Annie - 12' Drink & Wet Doll

This is a great little doll set, especially for the price! It is a little doll that pees when you feed her water. Normally these dolls are very expensive. It comes with a potty a material, washable diaper, a pacifier and a bottle. I have seen sets that include the accessories without the doll that cost more than this whole set! She is a cute little baby girl named annie. Her eyes even open and close when you lay her down and open when you put her upright! She has a solid body and movable legs. My daughter loves her! I think she is way cuter than those baby alive dolls with their big huge creepy eyes! All in all a great well made doll with lots of accessories!

I always feel that the price is fair when it comes to Melissa and Doug toys. I'm never in awe of them, but I also never feel as though I've been ripped off either. Such is the case with this little doll and set. The doll is a decent quality, fairly cute and does not look all that creepy without the bottle in her mouth. The accessories are just what she needs. My soon to be 5 yr. old daughter has played with her every day for the past 2 months since receiving the doll, and she still loves her. This is the most important thing. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase and can give it 5 stars because it's definitely been worth the $20 we paid for it.

This is a really, really cute doll - far cuter than anything else I have seen for the money. Her rosebud outfit is adorable. Both my daughters have spent hours bathing her, dressing her, and diapering her. Her dress, velcro-ed up the back, is easy even for a young toddler (18 months or so) to put on. Her hat comes off easily, but goes on reasonably easily, too. The pacifier and bottle are fun accessories. And the little potty is fun, too - but as other reviewers have noted, the "drink and wet" aspect of the doll is a little weird. Water goes right through her. But that weirdness as a drink-and-wet makes her absolutely perfect for giving a doll-bath. Water doesn't get stuck inside her. And our little Annie has survived hundreds of baths with no noticeable impact on her face.

Purchased for 2 years old girl, she absolutely loved it. We did not try the "drink and wet" feature yet. The doll and all accessories are of good quality. The doll is a little oddly shaped, but it does not seem to bother my daughter, so it does not bother me. It also is good size, very comfortable for 2 years old to play with and carry around the house. the pacifier fits very tight in dolls mouth, so you won't lose it. I would also be very careful with pacifier and a toddler younger than 2 years old or a baby. It is not too small but can fit into babies mouth. It seems like a nice gift for 2 1/2- 3 years old child who likes to play with dolls.

I ordered this for a great-granddaughter's third birthday. She was totally enthralled with it. I can't take a photo because she took it home to Florida with her but I can say she strapped the doll in on the airplane and took her out to hold up to the window so the doll could see they were on an airplane. Pretty cute, huh? Will add the caution that the doll DOES WET so before feeding be sure you are prepared for the water to come out quite quickly. A fun experience.

Kinda a cute basic doll. I don’t love the way it moves and it won’t sit on its potty by itself. When I purchased it I knew the water you fed it would go right through, but it’s still kinda disappointing. It’s really too bad it doesn’t have a way to “hold it” until you put it on the potty. We just aren’t going to show our little girl that it has the wet function. It doesn’t come with other clothes, like pants, and I haven’t seen anywhere online that you can buy clothes for it. Quality, as always with Melissa and Doug, is good. It’s just a pretty basic doll.

This cute little doll has open-close eyes, and drinks and wets. It comes with a potty, a binky, a bottle, and clothes. My two year old loved the doll having a binky. Now, if you think about this too hard you will realize that a baby that still drinks a bottle is probably not being potty trained, but little mothers don't care about that. The doll comes in a nice display box, so it makes a nice presentation for a gift. Even the little boys thought a doll with a potty was funny. You can buy additional accessories for this doll. I plan to buy the bathtub set next.
