i need only Hand Pump. anywere sold ?

This listing is for the hand pump plus 2 adapters that together allow you to fill a Spare Air / Heed unit. It is sold as a complete package. The majority of the cost is the pump itself. if you don't need the adapters you can just remove them.

Same pump as the one used for PCP guns?

Very similar to a PCP fill pump but this pump brings a yoke adapter for filling Spare Air Submersible tanks. It may not work to fill a PCP gun.

how long does it take to fill a spare air 3000 3.0 from empty to full?

To fill a 3.0 cu.ft. cylinder: approximately 450 pumps, 20 minutes with breaks (important to let the pump cool down every 50 pumps or so), you can go to our website for more refilling information
