Stirred it constantly. I like (not love) the taste. Added large pinch cinnamon and about a tablespoon of Swerve brown sugar. I think it will be filling (I'm eating it right now.) Nice and warm in the belly for morning after 2 feet of snow. Have been disappointed by keto foods in the past too, but this is a bit better for me. Also, I am not keto, but always trying to cut carbs, (never ending battle). 63 yo female. I'd leave a pic but my phone is on the fritz.
