When the knife becomes not sharp, how can this be replaced and are there extra blades that come with the unit?

Tom, hoping you see this. What kind of oil/grease do you use to re-oil the cutting blade? Thanks

Hi, I use a clear/white machine oil, bought Zoom Spout Oil here on Amazon, it's actually a sewing machine oil, but any light machine oil will do. Not mineral oil.  To be clear, it's not the blade that gets oiled, it's the track it raises and lowers on at each end of blade. I've been oiling it after regular use whether the heating element was turned on or not.  Careful to use a small amount each time, excess would collect in bottom of case are hard to access to clean up. A light gease would be ideal instead of oil but I haven't sourced one yet, not automotive grease a bit more refined.

Can this cut 4" width?  95mm is 3.75" so just under.  I need to know if a full 4" wide velcro will run through for cutting.

Does the machine cut one inch wide velcro loop or hook that come with factory glue on one side?

It cuts Velcro easily, as for Velcro with a glue backing, as long as the glue is not exposed, presumably it has a paper covering, shouldn't be a problem, might want to clean the cutting  blades with solvent afterwards to remove any glue residue.
