GoPro Flat + Curved Adhesive Mounts

I purchased this because I had started getting into Aerial photography using a kite, airplane and quadcopter. I wanted to have a bundle of little extra adhesives so I could attach them all over my rigs. These work like a charm, the 3M adhesive is pretty damn strong too. I actually put one on the window of my car under the rear view mirror and that thing has been stuck there since I put it there and survived in 100+ F temperatures. Great extra mounts to have when you're fiddling around trying to get the best shot possible. Just make sure you intend to keep it where you place it!

No more wondering where you should use the sticky mounts. With this bag, you can put them on all of your helmets, stick it to pretty much any surface. I've seen them used on go kart body panels, windshilds, skis, ect. I keep several of these in my GoPro case, as you never know when you will need them. I have this for a motorcycle helmet. So we are talking high speed wind pushing on the go-pro, and I ride year long, so lots of rain, really high heat in summer, and in winter, as low as around 35F of real temperature. I need it to stay and not lose my camera or worst have it cause some accident. The previous sticker (older helmet) lasted 3+ years without failing. I did buy some 3rd party imitations (with supposedly the same 3M stickers) first, but the plastic felt "wrong" vs. the gopro plastic. Hard to explain, but I suspected it could be more brittle, and I'm not sure about the truth about the adhesive either. (check my other reviews, they will show up with a 3 stars short rating) So I paid for this one. Super cleaned the helmet, made sure it was completely dry, applied the adhesive (it's a one-shot, you cannot move it if you got it wrong, although you can remove it with some floss string but the adhesive will be shot). I gave it 24 hours to cure, and so far so good

I used one of these mounts to adhere my camera to my skiing helmet, and it held up for 3 days without issue. The adhesive pad did not have full contact on the sides, as the curve is only in the vertical dimension of the mounts, not the horizontal. I think it would be nice if it also included at least some curvature horizontally as well. Nonetheless, with the contact patch it had, I never lost the mount/camera. I hope the additional mounts in the kit will be useful, otherwise I'll be storing these extras uselessly.

We are avid GoPro users. GoPro mounts work well. Used on our helmets and boats for whitewater kayaking. Haven't lost the cameras yet. When you apply the mount, make sure the adhesive has full contact with your attachment point. Seems obvious, but sometimes it looks attached and when you remove the mount, you see that you were only 1/3 or 1/2 attached due to the concave surface you stuck it to. I wish they were cheaper- seem expensive for what you get though.

Keep in mind it’s adhesive which will likely require to heat up the glue for it to stick strong, I bought a cheaper version of these and it worked great after I got this tip from a friend. Do not expect it to stick strong without warming up the adhesive

The plastic and adhesive has been strong so far and has not broken off despite a few brunt impacts. I tried a pack of knockoff mounts and the plastic on those broke within 10 minutes on my snowboard.

Let me start off by saying If you want a product with the adhesive power that is capable of securing a house to the foundation I tell you that this product will do it!! Holy smokes I mounted the curved mount onto my snowboarding helmet, even after multiple rolls, falls, and severe impacts to the ground with my go pro mounted the adhesive mount stayed. Even when attempting to remove required 3 full sized rhino to remove.

This is genuine GoPro product; IMPORTED. There are 3 Flat adhesives and 3 Curved adhesives. Great product, the adhesive is super strong, it doesn't come off and totally reliable. I use it on my motorcycles for track days and racing; never came off.

Um die GoPro an meinem Motorradhelm zu befestigen habe ich zu den Klebepads gegriffen. Bei den Gekrümmten schaue ich zuerst, an welcher Stelle (seitlich am Helm) die Krümmung am besten zur Rundung des Helmes passt, um maximale Festigkeit zu erreichen. Anschließend sich die Stelle merken, säubern, das Pad anbringen und etwas Druck darauf ausüben. Am nächsten Tag die GoPro anbringen und losstarten :) Bei Geschwindigkeiten bis 130 km/h und unterschiedlichen Windverhältnissen und Temperaturen hat die Halterung bis jetzt gut gehalten. Ich bin zwar nach wie vor skeptisch und prüfe immer wieder, ob noch alles dran ist, aber bisher unbegründet. Fazit: Ich vertraue dem Originalprodukt mehr als den Nachgemachten, daher 5 Sterne.

やっぱり純正品に限ります。 ちょっとお値段高めなので、ヘルメット、バイクの各所など過酷な環境にさらされたりする部分はこれを使って、 車のダッシュボードなどあんまり頑丈さが必要じゃない部分は社外と使い分けてます。 高めとは言いましたが、その分安定性は抜群です。貴重なカメラを付けたマウントが緩んだりするのを心配するくらいなら最初からこれを買った方が安心です。
