Our office is located on the 2nd floor. Does the extra delivery cost cover delivery to our suite?

I am sorry, the carrier that we normally use is LTL and they only standard curb side delivery. The pieces comes in pieces ranging from 30-75lbs and could be handle by one person with dolly or hand truck. And they can call ahead for appointment so you can get someone ready on your end to take the shipment. If you want to have use use a White glove delivery team, normally it will be an upcharge of $350 - $560 which we don't think it would be worth it.
