This works great in a Harley Davidson alarm pager. You will have to cut the wires on the new battery and the old battery and solder and shrink wrap back together. The battery fits well inside the HD pager. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than spending $80 on a new pager when the battery goes bad.

This battery works perfect with the headset. Look at video on line to understand installation. It’s not difficult, but there are a few point to understand

I took a razor blade that I believe is used for opening boxes and trimmed as much as possible of the blue plastic covering over the battery off. I decided that if the battery did not fit then the Blue Parrot was going into the trash so If I ruined it in the process it would end up in the trash either way. You need a needle nose pliers to attached the plastic electrical connections. Figuring out which way the plug end needs to be placed is challenging. I purchased two batteries in case one was dead on arrival but so far it has charged although I have only talked on it for five minutes.Will test it longer in the next couple of days. Test worked but when I actually went to use the device it failed. Batteries will not hold a charge.I bought 2 batteries in the event one of them did not work however neither of them held a charge. So horribly disappointing.

In 3-5 min. The batt installs. I broke off a small internal wall to make it fit. The old batt was 2 yrs old. The new one, works as well or better than the old one when it was new.. I would buy again. Pull the speaker off, then 2 screws. ' After 5 months, it wouldn't charge anymore. So, I put the old batt back in.

I tried for quite some time to get the battery to fit its battery compartment, but it is too long and covers the screw posts, so unfortunately, I could not get the battery door to close! For those who would like to know, one can carefully apply pressure and the ear piece will pop out of the housing (careful not to pull speaker wires too hard) so that you can easily open the battery compartment by unscrewing the two screws at the bottom of the headset. Battery looks well made, but is also a 250mAh 3.7V versus the original factory 300mAh 3.7V battery. Hope this is helpful to others. Thanks!

The new battery was very easy to install and has restored my headset to like new performance! I'm not sure, but I think it has extended the connectivity range above what the old battery had been giving the last few years. I can now carry my phone all over my big old house with the headset resting in the dining room and whenever I go back in there, it is still flashing Blue!

Ordered with same day delivery (Saturday), and they delivered it same day. Very impressive.I took a chance that this would fit in the B350-XT. It does, but the wires are a bit short (1/2") and the capacity of this is 250mA vs 300mA in the B350-XT. However, it does work and the battery runs the head set fine.I added a couple of pictures on the change out. There is only 1 screw that has a 1.5mm hex head. The balance is held together with clips. The hardest part of the job is getting the clips to let go of the outer shell of the headset. Watch for a little "T" shaped spring to pop out, it helps hold the head band in place. In the pictures, you'll see I used the old wiring to lengthen the new one. The yellow is heat shrink tube.

This battery does not fit the original B 250xt. It is too big. However I was willing to adapt the battery so on the cover piece were2 thin plastic partitions meant to hold th battery at the sides. I broke those off and this allowed it to fit. I wish I read the reviews. How did this product get 4 stars.
