Yes, the packs are delivered in a Jacobs cardboard box, for storing.

what is the best before date?

I purchased the box. There was a bag missing. And every single packet was out of date by at least 4 months. Then they had the cheek to demand I send it back at my own cost (having sent them photographic proof of all packs) Assume they will all be out of date, and you’ll end up binning them
