does the tap turn to left and right or jus the end turns

Hard to say now, cause I don't live there anymore. But as far as I remember, then the end(tip) turn for 360° It was realy great and handy sink tap! I am glad that I order this sink tap and set it up. Made life a lot easier!

Would the base cover 2 x 30mm sink holes?

I would say based on the measurements I’ve just taken of my installed ones...the tap pipe looks like 30mm so this means the hole is 30mm and then the base rim that lays flat at the bottom is another 5mm either side making that a total of 40mm hole coverage. Obviously I’m not a plumber, but I believe my sink is a standard sink etc and so these taps fitted it no problem, so I’d say yes.

Do you need to use flexi connecter, as under my sink the taps connect directly to the piping

You can connect the taps directly to the old pipe work No issues Hope that helps

What is the minimum hole size needed in the kitchen top?

No idea it fitted exactly where the other came out of
