although, suggest if this is for older person or those with pre existing self balancing problems without ladder, buy the one with hand rails. otherwise no bad issues. Of course is expected to be a task to fold given the bulkiness of this type of ladder but very easy to navigate for healthy . Able to change light bulbs unable to reach before, sturdy if your foundation is. Worth investment for me.

Great ladder for reaching top shelves. I did not realize the weight though. Not very easy to just pick up and move from place to place

The ladder came as advertised. Several of us will be using it and are not as young as we once were! This step stool-ladder is perfect as it is very sturdy, has places to grip when climbing it. We look forward to using it in our gift shop without fear of falling.

It works just how it’s described. It helps me reach my light fixtures and curtains as well as my ceilings being I am only 5feet tall.

The pictures make it look like the steps have a lot of foot space. When stepping on the platform, my shins hit the next platform. Very solid step that weighs a decent amount.

Don’t waste your money. Is not properly built; it’s not even on the floor and wobbles. Not a safe product.

Highly recommended, stable and heavy duty. A little heavier to carry than I'd like but that's a tradeoff for it being durable and stable.
