I like this brand, the pills are the perfect dose. 500 mg each! I am supposed to take 5,000 mg twice a day. This makes it easy to achieve the exact dose. I wish they sold a bigger bottle with more pills though. The inner safety seals are a little weird. Sometimes they have arrived not fully sealed because of this. The out plastic has always been okay but I still dont like whatever issue they are having from the inner seal.
