It comes in a liquid that smells really funny (fishy). You are supposed to wash it and then dry it on a pan. I've done the process and the end result is actually ok (4/10... 5/10 if you add a lot of parmesan cheese). But the whole process is gross. It doesnt feel wholesome at all.
