Riess Sippy Cup with Handle Classic-Household Articles Colour/Pastel Milk Pan, Diameter-12 Cm Pink

I was very excited to find such a beautiful pot. We really love hot cocoa at our house during the winter months. This pot fell over on the counter and it chipped a small piece out of the side. It barely hit hard and it made a small black chip. I thought nothing of it and thought that it even gave it a little character. It then fell from the counter into the sink and it cracked the inside of the pot. This time an even bigger chip came off! After I washed it, it had developed rust and I realized it was then unusable! I contact Riess thinking, because it is such a "quality" brand that they would stand behind their product a bit and replace the pot. I realize enamel cracks, as it is made of glass, but it didn't fall to the floor or even from a very tall surface for it to crack SO easily. Riess responded that they don't replace their pots if dropped. OK. This is a bit disappointing, because while it is a beautiful pot, it was expensive for what it is. I was very dissapointed by their lack of understanding and that their products are literally so fragile. I mean, this is cooking pot! There will be a fair amount of banging about. Isn't there even a saying about banging about like pots and pans? Anyway. I gave this item a 5 star rating and had to change it. While it's a gorgeous piece, if you actually intend on USING the pot, beware that it cracks SUPER easily and may become unusable if cracked on the inside. Makes me sad and now I have this cute pot and don't know what do with it except use it as a planter.

The price is right because the pot is bigger than it looks in the pictures. But the pink paint is a little peeled.

Most importantly does it do what it was made to do? Yes, I heat the milk for my au laits in it. I do like seeing the pretty pink pot on my stove. It makes me smile. Danke schoen Reiss.

These are great products. Build quality is excellent. They pour well. They clean up well. We will probably buy more. We have four sizes and have found a use for all of them.

This is the best pot to use for coffee and tea . I have a lot of experiences with kitchen ware and let me tell you this was well worth the price. the handle does get hot so you will need a cloth or mitten.

I love this pot. Small enough for a quick boil for hot chocolate or water for a serving or two of tea. I like that it has a spout to pour, and it matches well with my pink kitchen appliances.

Found it online and fail in love with it. Searched everywhere and this one was best deal I could find. Love color and shape. Very well made. 0.75L one is everyday use for me. I still love this pink one too. It's just way too cute :-)
