Hi, can someone please tell me which product is better, this or neuro rest by utmost me and why? anyone tried both? i cant decide which one to go for?

I have only tried this one but can recommend it as it gives me better quality sleep

When is the best time to tak the tablet?

I don't know about the best time but I take it shortly after my evening meal and before bed and that works for me.

How much magnesium oxide is in each capsule? I can't read the small print on the bottle or box! I don't want too much!

Mg oxide is the cheapest and worst form of MG, with the poorest absorption (4%) so don't worry about taking "too much" ;)

Has anyone used these Daily for a few months ? Wondering if they are ok to use long term.

Have been taking for some months now. Can't say I've noticed any adverse effects.
