For the price, I think these knee straps are a really good product. I was a little sceptical at first, but they actually surprised me. I started using them when I was experiencing knee pain after hiking. Wearing the strap during and between hikes definitely helped to support my knee and made the pain feel more manageable. It didn’t completely remove the pain, but it noticeably reduced the discomfort and gave my knee some extra support. I think they’re particularly useful for temporary pain or discomfort after overdoing it with hiking, exercise or fitness activities. Obviously, if you have an ongoing or significant knee problem, I would recommend speaking to a physiotherapist or healthcare professional rather than relying on a knee strap alone. But for occasional discomfort and extra support during fitness activities, I think these are definitely worth trying, especially for the price. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would recommend it for the extra support it provides.

These knee straps feel sturdy and well made, and they’re good value for money. The pack includes two size options, which is handy as both adults and children can use them. The Velcro straps are strong and easy to adjust, so getting the right fit is simple. In terms of support, they offer an okay level under the knee if that’s what you’re looking for. The downside is that tightening them enough to get that support also makes them feel tight around the back of the knee, so realistically you can only wear them at a moderate tension. Depending on what you need, that may or may not give you the level of relief you’re hoping for. I bought them for my son, who has SLJ and plays football, but they didn’t help him much personally. They are slightly bulky under socks, but if they work for you, that won’t matter. A well‑made product overall - just not the right solution for us, but worth trying.

They work well, fit my knee fine, unlike some of them, which would barely fit a toddler lol comfotable to wear while running, does not rub, gives good support and the material is soft enough, just make sure you keep the fastenings level at the back or they will rub on the back of the knee.

Do seem to help me with the pain I'm in, quality is on the stars, do make your legs sore with how they are made, stitching etc, could just could make them a bit more comfortable, wouldn't want to go a big distance with them

Easy to apply on the go. Lovely colour selection. Did help provide some additional support for the down hill. Did not rub or cause pain.

Bought for my daughter who has Osgood Schlatter disease. She finds these really help her. Love that they come with adult and child straps so you can make them for whatever size legs you are using them on. Also love that this is a pack of two as she has it in both legs. Unfortunately after a few weeks the velcro is coming unstuck frequently during use. They fit well with the child straps. She finds them easy to use and comfortable to wear.

Absolutely out of this world I have suffered for many months with a very sore knee I received these and the pain has gone I can now walk I highly recommend this item
