IT HAS POCKETS!! It is also just the softest material! I was a little nervous about VPL, but the print made that impossible.It is pretty long though on me so I have to wear heels with it, but I am only 5’2”. I did wear it once without heels for a more casual event and I just rolled the waist elastic part a little to lift the bottom up a couple inches.
