Great case!
Made for a kid, durable and dependable. Went over an already crack (the back) iPad and covers it up, you’d never know and protects the front!

A good case to use around children
I guess the only thing I have against this product is that it has dropped $5 in price in just the last couple of weeks since I bought mine. I had a choice between buying this model, or the one with built in screen. I decided to go with this one because I plan to use it when traveling or when my grandson visits and I imagine I will be putting the case on and off a lot. The other case I have does not have a built in screen, so I decided to get the open case and a separate screen protector. I was skeptical because the reviews were saying that it would be hard to get the iPad Air 2 into the case, so, I watched a video showing how to install it. This case is made specifically for the iPad Air 2. Nothing else will fit in it and the case is snug, which is a good thing. The video showed two things that are important to know. The case comes with a black insert fitted inside, presumably to keep the soft squishy case from getting warped in transit. If I hadn't watched the video, which was posted by a mom blogger, I wouldn't have known that I had to take that out in order to insert the iPad Air 2. Of course, I would have eventually realized it would not fit, but by that time, I might have damaged my device. So, it is advisable to watch a video before trying to install it. The other thing is that you need to start by placing the two corners fully into the corners closest to the handle of the case, because it just works better that way. If you are patient, you will be able to get it in without too much trouble and it is easier to get it off than on. It was great for my grandson, who was able to watch videos fine at an incline and loved the purple color.. My other case has a much lower incline for typing. The Newstyle case is at a better angle for kids. I felt much more comfortable having the iPad in this case while he was around. The cutouts for the volume control and power are fine, the sound was not affected by the case. There is a series of holes over the speaker. I have had it standing vertically, horizontally and inclined for typing.

How to Install the Cases...
The I bought these to color code the iPads in my elementary art classroom, and they are the BOMB! My kids love them, no one has dropped it yet (because of the easy to grip material and the rockin' handle), and I've even had parents call me to ask what type of cases I have and where I bought them because their kids have come home singing their praises. I won't lie--the first two were incredibly hard to put on, but now I've figured out the secret. First, (and this is the hardest part) remove the plastic insert inside the case (then let your kid make it into a loom or picture frame, because it's fairly sturdy, and you won't be needing it again). Next, make sure your iPad is in the correct orientation to line up the charging port with the opening in the case. Then, holding the case handle-sided down, slip the first corner (the lower left corner, if the home button is on the left) of the iPad into the indention where the home button will be. Work the opposite lower corner in, and gently slide the bottom two third of the iPad into place. Finally, use your thumbs to work case around the top edges. If it gives you any resistance, it's easier to slide the upper right-hand corner where the volume buttons are on before the upper left-hand corner, but it will work either way.... Voila! I can get one of these on in under two minutes now, and I actually really love the fact that the case is hard to install and remove, because I know it would be just as much of a challenge for one of my kids (don't ask me why, but some new kid inevitably toys with trying to remove the case). Also, make sure you also purchase one of those inexpensive, thin screen protectors to seal the deal! Durable, easy to clean, protects better than any other case I've owned, and the kids just love how the handles fold down to create a stand. Seriously, more than 500 kids, ages 4 to 12, even some with VERY special needs, use these every school week, and my kids and I have nothing but awesome things to say about them! Hope this helps!

4 year old proof so far
I think I've had this case for three months now, or just about. It has taken throwing, drops, not gentle tosses, etc. The ipad hasn't budged. It's not easy to take off, so my toddler can't do it which is awesome. It's a soft but sturdy case, but I did put 4 stars for sturdiness because when you fold the handle back to make a stand it only goes so far and can be easy to push over if it gets a hard toddler tap. I wish it could go a little farther back. All in all, I'm glad I chose this case.

Great protection and good price
Love this. Dropped my last iPad and cracked it hence gone for a toddler proof type this time. Good quality, easy to fit and Ipad is very well protected. Would recommend and would buy again.

Not too bad after all
After meaning to send this back because the foam felt a little cheap, I forgot and have just taken it back out of the packaging to have another look at. It's actually a good product, even though it does seem a little cheap. But guess I did pay a decent price for it. The way it can stand up two ways and the carry handle is brilliant. We are using it for our 2 year old daughter on our flight to Spain this summer and looking forward to seeing her face when she finally gets to play on Mummy and Daddy's iPad, knowing the iPad is quite safe
