Q: Will this evaptor off or gum up when used on long term (6mo to a couple years) storage?

I've used it for years and haven't seen it oxidize or get gummy. It seems to keep a "creeping" layer of oil/PTFE available, but adding felt washers to your application (if possible) could help ensure it stays that way.

Q: Can you use this product on plastic gears or is there another product for that?

Yes, I have used it on plastic, composite, and nylon gears with no cases of it attacking the materials. I don't know of anything I wouldn't use it on.

Q: Does this bottle come with a mini applicator hose?
