for Sale - Women's Bamboo Hair Towel - Turban Hair Drying Towel (Blue)

In short, I can’t recommend these at all. Instead, buy a brand called My Home Body that are also sold on Amazon!I’ve used two other brands of hair turbans before trying these. One of my bamboo ones recently came apart at one seam about 3 inches after using it for a year and a half. I’ve also used my mother’s microfiber turban, which I disliked. I don’t like the concept or the feel of synthetics, although it absorbed fine.I ordered this one and another brand on Amazon called My Home Body. This brand is 70% rayon bamboo and 30% cotton, versus the other brand that is 100% charcoal bamboo.Comparing this one to my previous ones, the fabric is the same thickness, but the seams are made better. I bought this one in pink (and white), and it’s a very light pink. I was really disappointed when I took it out of the packaging because it had some snags on it. There were no more pink ones left to exchange it for, so I returned it and looked for a different brand. When the white one arrived, it was snagged all over the place. What a disappointment with this brand.That’s when I found the brand called My Home Body. I almost didn’t order them because they only come in gray. But I’m so glad I did, because there is literally no comparison - they are totally in a league of their own! I can’t quit touching them. Now I know why they say charcoal bamboo is the best. They have a unique texture, and they’re truly softer than any turban or towel I’ve ever felt before, even at very expensive spas. They’re easily 3 times as thick as these but are maybe even a little bit lighter in weight. They kind of remind me of a down puffer coat in that regard, (fluffy with volume but light weight). The seams are impeccable, and there’s even soft bamboo binding on the inside edge. Even though gray isn’t a good color for me or my home decor, at least it’s a darker gray. I right away decided to forgo the pretty color options of this or other brands and ordered four more turbans of this brand and two of their small towels. I would’ve ordered everything they offered. but that’s all they sell right now.If you want to go for one that offer an extremely luxurious feel, are made impeccably and have better absorption, I happily and highly recommend the other brand, My Home Body!

This doesn't look like the image. You give it a twist it and there is an elastic loop that you are supposed to slip over a large button, but the loop is SO tiny it's almost impossible to secure. The material is fine, but the closure is ill conceived. Now I have to buy, or find a longer piece of elastic and replace the original to make the towel useful.On a side note, I'm a man with collar length hair and I think it would be fine for women with medium length hair, but I doubt the towel would be big enough for someone with long hair especially if the hair was thick. Of course, all that doesn't matter much if you can't even get the loop over the button...

****UPDATE****cheap falls apart at seams..Love this hair towel..I hat ethe microfiber ones...this awesome..Update I am having to change my 5 * to 1 * after having this product just a few months I got it in the end of September this is the beginning of February and it's already coming apart at the seams it's frayed the threads are pulling all out a towel should last longer than 3 months but of course it's past the return time so you can't return it this is how they get you charge you $15 for a towel that last 3 months but you can't return it because they only give you a small window to return they should not be allowed to even make crap like this I could have bought one of those cheap ones for $4 that would have lasted a lot longer but this was bamboo with cotton I figured it would last longer I used it maybe 10 times... ridiculous

This hair towel was super small. It would only work if you have short hair, thin hair or a really small head. It is also hard to gather the small amount of material in a twist to secure it on the button. And the elastic on the back that secures the button gets so twisted up each time you use it so I have to yank the towel off my head with the twist to remove. I measured the size against my old head towel and it was exactly the same. That one fits. This one isn't even close. Would not recommend this product.

I have yet to use it but I purchased two of these. Came today. Pulled them out of the package and saw that there had been paper tags that were cut off and then the brand tag was carelessly sewn on. I’m sure it doesn’t affect the product any. I will update when I try the product. Just thought this was very strange.

I bought this since I wanted a hair towel but hate microfiber and wanted something more like a normal towel. While it does seem to tug less at my hair than a normal towel and feels secure since it has a button, it just really doesn’t absorb much water. I have medium length, fine hair and it’s still wet after 10 mins. Maybe that’s the consequence of using a hair towel, but I’m still disappointed.

The towel is too small for my head! I can't get the button done up to keep it on. I'm not a giant or anything, no abnormally large head either....it is just very small. Also, doesn't absorb as well as the cotton turbie twists so I bought more of those! Sorry, but this one is a downer. :-(

This is my go to towel. I actually use it mostly to keep my hair dry as a shower cap. Its soft, absorbent, well made and lasts forever. I recommend getting two. Makes a great gift too.
