This is to replace the small portable hand-held liquid soap dispenser in our church bathrooms, that have to be frequently refilled and result in a lot of soap waste as some kids over-pump. We quit using the counter-mount Bobricks because they were difficult to maintain/clean, replacement parts were expensive, and didn't work well if the soap was too viscous (especially during winter). Pros: -- very easy to install, mount is stabile/sturdy -- reasonable size tank, can easily see when needs refilling -- sensor is at bottom, works well, dispenses reasonable amount so no waste Neutral: -- on/off switch and battery compartment is at bottom, so we'll see if trying the turn it off (or change batteries) will trigger soap dispensing So far so good. We will try for a month, and then decide if we will be installing them in the bathrooms of our other building.

Excellent product. Easy to install. Uses very little room on the wall. Touchless dispenser system works every time. Having this dispenser keeps the sink cleaner and allowed us to be rid of the dirty looking soap residue that is common with other types of soap. We use foaming liquid soap in the container, and it works great.

The other 3 work fine. Will contact customer service and see what they say...] Purchased 4 to try out during a 50% off sale.
