The ice machine works fine, but we need to adjust the thickness of the ice and this has been a Major challenge!  The instruction booklet is not very helpful.  Also the ice scoop for the machine was scuffed badly and would not clean up.  It really is unusable.

Only had it in operation for a few days, but we are very pleased with the appearance and operation so far.  It produces even more ice than we needed.  Great unit for a reasonable cost.
