It took No 1 grandson 5 min to get the hang of zooming along but he practised in a carpeted room with plenty of opportunities for grabbing onto supports. His mum also used the app on her phone to set it to beginner level before the fun began. I chose the 8.5" dia wheels because he is 9 years old, tall and well built, also so that it can be ridden on short smooth grassland and flat woodland paths but he will have to wait for dry weather before trying that. He has owned the hoverboard for two months now and it is much loved and greatly prized.

Contacted the seller as the battery only lasts for about 1 hour and something was rattling inside.They messaged back just saying 1 hour is perfect and did not even address the complaint of rattling inside.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THISWILL NEVER USE THIS SELLER AGAIN

This product appeared to be well made, it is advertised with 3 riding modes, it is impossible to know which one you are in and how to change them.I expected to be supported by an app as YouTube videos show but when asking the seller they simply said thats how it is.The instructions mention nothing about this hoverboard, they are the wrong onesSadly this makes this product not fit for purpose and incorectly advertised.There is no aftersales I have tried.The returns are paid by the buyer regardless of the product not working.Buy with extreme caution from this seller .thanks for reading.

This hoverboard is perfect for my very tall 11 year old son. It’s sturdy and rugged and manages bumps, and goes at a decent speed!We’ve had outstanding customer service from the seller, when we needed help with an issue caused by pets. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller or hoverboard to anyone.

Good product, solid, however, it not fast. The kids have a 5 year old 6.5” hover which is much faster than a brand new one of these. Even though this claims to have a bigger battery. And battery life isn’t impressive either (maybe 30 mins of actual drive time).

Very sturdy and good quality, can't wait to see my boys face when he opens it at Christmas. It was all there and all working.

Not happy unboxed it Christmas day for my boy put it on change waited for it to change and wont turn on turned on when plugged in take plug out nothing

The battery doesn't last too long, it lasts for about 50 minutes. But overall the hoverboard is great and easy to ride.
