Works as advertised. Good sound, volume and connectivity. Recommend
QUICK SUMMARY:-It works as expected.-Good sound quality (not excellent, it's not a Bose speaker) but good.-Works for Zoom and Music.-Easy to set up and use.-Would recommend.MORE DETAILS:I have an older monitor and the speakers on it started failing so I began using the audio on my laptop that is to the side of my monitor. It probably seems silly, but it was bothering me to have sound on one side.. my right ear started feeling funny - I don't have a better way of explaining that right now - but ultimately, I knew I needed to have the sound come from the middle of the monitor. This speaker does the job as advertised. It has a clip so you can clip it to the top or bottom of your monitor. I put mine right in the middle, bottom of my monitor. It clipped on fit fine with no issues. The part of my monitor I clipped it to is between 1-1.5 in. wide. As far as fit, I'd say this can accommodate most monitors. If you need this just for your computer, you can get by with the cheaper non-bluetooth version, as if it's just for your computer, the speaker's USB cable needs to be connected for power... for me, connecting it to power also means connecting it to the computer therefore the bluetooth is not needed unless I decide to connect my phone to it, which is unlikely.I connected the USB and it popped up as an option for audio right away. I haven't had to use through bluetooth but I did connect and it worked fine. You can also use this as a mic. I don't use it because my webcam has a mic, but if needed, you can use this for that. The sound is clear and works great. The volume controls are great, you have a good range of volume. I appreciate that as sometimes I need some music/sound without being too loud to distract me and had previously struggled with the volume controls of the monitor that didn't allow a wide-range.I use it for work meetings through zoom and have had no issues, just changed my speaker option in the zoom app - keep that in mind. Sometimes with Zoom, selecting the speaker for the computer itself is not enough, you have to go to mic, the arrow on the side, and select which speaker you want to use. I've noticed that Zoom trumps this setting over the computer.Overall, this is a good choice and for the price, a solid buy. Would recommend.

This speaker works well
Good sound, compact size, easy to install for Lenovo laptop, all for a great price. I just used the built in clip to attach it to the top of my monitor. It connects to laptop with the provided cable.

Works well, but is a bit heavy for a laptop screen
I blew out my laptop speakers watching the expanse in a hotel, with sound up to 100 so I could hear everything over the A/C, horrible buzzing on the laptop speakers made me want to find a small portable speaker I could hook up.I didn't fully read the size specs of this and it looked like it fit the bill and bonus is I didn't have to pay for a battery. It seemed small enough based on the video reviews and pictures, but in person it's bigger than I would have liked.Sound is about 100 times better than (fully functional) laptop speakers, which is no surprise. Minimal base output which is also no surprise, but it is definitely better than built in laptop speakers. The 4 star sound quality rating I provided based on "Quality relative to size and price", not in absolute terms. While it does stay on the laptop screen, it is heavy enough to give the hinge a bit of an issue. It holds, but the extra mass at the top of the screen results in more screen wobble while typing than when the screen is unencumbered. It works, but I wouldn't want to leave it here for long typing sessions. So using it for movies, etc with minimal typing is about the only use I'll give it.The clamp does affix it to my laptop screen, the angle of the clamp forces the speaker to lean forward a bit, and its "secure enough" but not such that it is not at risk of falling off if you move the laptop around halfway energetically moving from one seat to another. On my 15" HP pavilion it does obscure about 1/4" vertically of the top of the screen. Its a minor annoyance. However, they did design the clamp such that it provides a nicely stable stand for it to rest on a flat surface when not clamped. That was a nice surprise and lets you use it as a plugged-in bluetooth speaker for anything you care to pair it with.Chord length is about 5 feet, so you shouldn't have too many issues being able to plug it into a "charger" and sitting it on a table or window sill for that secondary use. Currently I as use it for the laptop I don't have it sitting on the screen, just on the coffee table (or table) behind the screen so I don't add any wear and tear to the laptop hinge.Overall, a nice product. I just wish there was something available about half its size. I know it wouldn't sound as good as this, but a smaller item would have suited my particular need better.
