Exactly as expected
Of course, it should be. This is the fourth purchase of the same unit we have made (one now at each of our locations).It was simple to set up, and it works flawlessly.And, there are multiple sources to buy the supplies, which is nice.

DID NOT WORK!! BROKEN.. BUYER BEWARE.
Ordered two printers from this vendor. We were opening a new location and needed a label printer. It took longer than expected for the location to be opened. Once it did, the printer was set up but the labels would get jammed. Used the 2nd printer and that one worked fine. Tried to get a replacement but they said the time had lapsed. We never even used it. Just wanted a replacement because this one did not work out of the box. Will never order from this vendor again.If you decide to buy something, you better make sure quickly that it works. So disappointed!!

I purchased this printer to re-done all the crappy barcodes from the store
I purchased this printer to re-done all the crappy barcodes from the store, I was not expecting too much but after using it for a while I need to say wow!, this printer does exactly what I needed, the barcodes can be easily read now and with a little help from the tech guys we were able to connect it to the POS system without too much trouble.it has been around 3 months and so far I am really happy with the product, the only issue is that every time I turn it off or open the printer to reload the label roll it always waste 4 labels (guessing it is for configuration), but it is not a big deal as it is turn on most of the time.

Complete Garbage!
Complete garbage! We have had an older version of this label printer for a couple years, with zero problems. We ordered a second printer to put in our service area. The plug and play ease of the old model was considerable better than this model. We gave up trying and went to the cd, which was not much better. In the end we had to download the drivers from the manufacturer. Every couple of weeks the label printer will stop functioning correctly. We will get one label out of several that will print and then nothing. We have gone through one entire 500 label rolls trying to clear the error blinking light. I repeat total garbage product!! I have given up on this crappy printer and it's to late to return it.

pricey for what it is, but is a workhorse
I have several of these printers installed in a shop environment and they work, printing label after label. It just seems the price keeps going up on a simple printer. Not too many moving parts and very little construction.

Have required tech support phone calls twice
Even my IT guy was unable to format to labels without phone support. The tech support online was inadequate .
