I don't normally write reviews but this Amos heater with remote I am most impressed with ! Easy to assemble 4 screws two standing legs . THEN AWAY YOU GO SO EASY and I like how easy it is to move from room to room with its little wheels waiter end . It all SO chucks out plenty of heat ! The remote is an absolute brainstorm of an idea ...as you may have gotten all cosy in bed to reach the right temp then press remote off..easy .. I like also when it's chilly in the morning again remote by my bedside table to the ready ...I wait for right temp then jump out of bed so convenient ....it has litraly NO NOISE .. and a prity little feature when it's turned on the lights go up and then go down and repeats quite relaxing ...it did omit a little wave of something burning off with a mild smell that didn't last long when I first turned it on but to be expected ...like when you buy a new oven this happens on a greater scale and your advised to wait till the stuff has burnt off and evaporated ..I didn't need to open a window as it didn't last long but if your prone to sensitivity allergys or headaches then I would recommend you do this... I know it has other features which I haven't looked into yet but over all very impressed I've had an oil filled radiator and all though they can belt out the heat !! Sometimes too much and can make the room airless I found this on the other hand is less noisy and lightweight easy to use and move around . ..would recommend.

I normally don't write reviews, but I bought this Mika heater giving the benefit of the doubt for the cheap price. My mum has one for years and she is really happy but they to expensive for my budget, her one was expensive. I need one for my converted van so I decided to buy as they seems to be quick and economic then oil radiator. It warm up my van from 11° to 21° in less then 20minutes. So far I'm happy with result. Not sure about big spaces but for my Mercedes sprinter just work well working trough the main power ( not baterry) I bought 1000w oil heater that in 30m just warm up my van 3° more, waste of money. So this one work really well and hope that cuntinue like this. Dilivered said 6 days but came in two days. Thin and very light to pull around. The only thing I did not like it's that did not came with screws for the wheels, luckily I had some at home thay worked . So soemthing that the seller should conside add.

Fiddly remote control, heat output good, thermostat as usual, a waste of time, takes forever to switch on or off pretty decent if you have room for it.

This product. Worked ok. But in 4th week of running broke down completely.

Ok, so the cable is shortish but only if you want to put it in the center of the room otherwise fine. Heats up quickly warms a room in a few minutes, wheels work fine. Not suitable for putting under something low like a table. Low hum operational noise, barely audible, fairly muted thermostat on/off noise. Whole thing is pretty light. Remote is very small and light. When using the timer it seems like it has to be reset every time. This is one of the only ones that come with a remote and timer function on Amazon. Since timer function is atypical it loses no stars for being fiddly.

This compact heater heats up very quickly and amount of heat put out is great and it hasn't even been used at higher temperatures yet.We bought it to use I our home office so it's ideal. Will need to work out the controls a bit more but it will be useful to be able to put it on the timer and use the thermostatic control.I did have a bit of an issue to start with, as the first heater sent was damaged, but the seller responded quickly and sent out a replacement without any problems at all.It is something I would recommend.

Very efficient and effective heater. Shame it is let down by the digital thermostat and timer, which has a fundamental design flaw and a very unsatisfactory user interface (more details below). The user manual is unhelpful, written in poor English (possibly a translation), half of which is a list of don'ts and the other half is technobabble, listing functions and features without explaining how to use the product. Attaching the bars with the wheels is very fiddly, as the screws are in a recess and difficult to line up with the threaded holes. Hence the 2 star rating.The BIG PROBLEM is the digital thermostat and timer, which sometimes fails to turn the heater off at the set temperature, resulting in excessive electricity bills and a potential fire risk! You have to turn the heater on before you can set the number of hours you want the heater to remain on and set the max temperature. It annoyingly beeps at each button press and the display has a very annoying animated horseshoe of lights. This is very distracting and makes the product totally unsuitable for use in a bedroom at night.I bought this AMOS heater to use in the conservatory, but I'm going to return it and get a refund, as it is not fit for purpose. I had a similar but older Mica convection heater (Duronic HV102) which still works perfectly and I moved to my workshop in the garage (as I am now working from home). If they are still available I shall get another Duronic HV102 instead.

Good heat output, easy to move around at the same time it is sturdy with added benefit of remote control. Would recommend this heater as it is also economical to run. Would buy again, just the job for extra warmth in cold weather.
