All of the songs on this CD are absolutely brilliant. I love them all.The proper track listing is:Making MusicMixed Up WorldI Won't Change YouNowhere Without YouAnother DayParty In My HeadLove It Is LoveYou Get YoursThe Walls Keep Saying Your NameI Won't Dance With YouI Am Not Good At Not Getting What I WantHello, HelloYou should definetly get this copy of it not the one that has the blue writting on it because that dosn't include the song's "Making Music" or "I Won't Dance With You."The songs have many different feels to them from Happy and Cheerfull in "I Won't Change You" and "Nowhere Without You" to Scary and Dramatic in "The Walls Keep Saying Your Name."The song "I Am Not Good At Not Getting What I Want" would have to be, in my opinion, one of the best songs on the album.I recommend this album to anybody, it is a fantastic album with Terrific songs on it.

    The Sophmore attempt

Sophie Ellis-Bextor's sophmore album was like more of a review of "Read My Lips" and "Trip the Light Fantastic" (which I loved) it was indie pop and Britpop combined. Unlike the third and first albums respectively I found myself skipping tracks and I had to listen to some tracks three times before I thought they were decent. My favorites are You Get Yours (which should have been a single), Mixed Up World, the Walls Keep Saying Your Name, and I Won't Change You. Other than that her sophmore effort was medicore.

One of the more personal works by Sophie Ellis-Bextor, this album also has a (somewhat unfairly) reputation as being inaccessible to the casual fan.  While not as disco as her first LP nor as pop as her following two works, there is something to Shoot From The Hip that ties itself to her most recent album, the slightly gonzo and melancholy Wanderlust.  I'm very fond of the last half of this album but the more uptempo pop and dance numbers that stack heavy on the album's front end aren't without their own treasures.  The lyricism is exponentially depthful and eloquent (my personal favorite coming from the decidedly dancey Mixed Up World: "I look around my life and all I see is contradiction and lack of faith, cynicism rules the day. I know it has its place, but I am really needing guidance now reminding me I'm strong inside."), and overall this is one of my favorite ever pop albums, by a wide mile.
