How does the connection work? 1. PS4 console Connect the console to the USB cable and press the PS button once when charging. If the indicator light is blue, the connection is successful. The USB cable can now be removed and automatically switches to the Bluetooth connection. 2. PC PC Windows only supports cable connection. Right toggle stick has broken just outside of the returns window. Trying work out how to get my money back. The product is unusable after 5 weeks of use.

The turbo button does not work.
