The quality so far shows no leaks, and was very straight forward. The only thing I think may pose an issue for a DIYer would be the size hole needed to be drilled for their RO system. Even though it’s a 1/4” OD line someone may not know what to do. This fit around my 1 1/2” pvc pipes. CON - I have only seen a rubber type material used for this and it came with a “foam” type material to use as a seal. I would hope it doesn’t matter too much on that type of seal. I will provide an update if it shows any type of leaks. Review: Fit and Function - This fit my drain pump well. I have it installed on my 6 stage reverse osmosis system that gets used daily for 3 months and I have had zero issue. The seal is made with two foam pads attached with an adhesive side. I could see it needing to be replaced in the distant future.
