Plus the treated fabric is on the stiff side, so the coat looks a little boxy. But it will fit beautfiully over a jacket or suit. Because of the treated fabric, the coat doesn't really breathe. I bought it for an upcoming trip to London and I think it's going to be too warm. Having said that, I'm glad I bought it. Quality coat at an excellent price.

This would only fit a short skinny person with long arms
Word of caution - the small is really small. I am a 38 short, and this is probably sized for a 34 chest with 34 inch sleeves. In other words, this probably would fit someone who is 5'10" and weighs 125 lb. Good thing they have free returns - this one's going back. The material did seem quite nice, though.

Great cheap jacket
It's a great cheap jacket. The material on the outside feels a lot like Tyvek (the material they use for FedEx soft packaging), and is quite water resistant. From a distance it seems like a cool texture, but close up it looks very cheap. The zip out liner is extremely warm, and the pockets are ample. The sleeves are far too long and awkward looking, so I often cuff them when it's not raining. Furthermore, given the thickness of the jacket and liner, you sit in it, rather than it sitting on you. It's certainly bulky. Overall, for $30 it was beyond worth it. Any more than $50 (the current price) seems like too much.
