7Up has always been refreshing, especially over ice. It makes a great mixer for cocktails and it's just fabulous as a lemon-lime soda. It is superior to sprite. Sprite has a very sickly sweet sort of flat flavor. 7UP has that super refreshing light flavor. It's not over sweet and definitely not flat. My grandchildren liked to make Shirley temples with them, my son likes to make cocktails with it, and I just love it poured over ice and a nice straw in a tall glass.It's the actual perfect lemon lime soda and I've tried them all.

Overall a good product, nice sugar free option, I just wish it didn't have so much sodium.

I’ve always been a 7UP over Sprite guy, and this zero sugar option has been terrific for me since I dramatically reduced my daily intake of sugar.
