Natural Hinoki Cypress Rectangle Wooden Pillow

Smells good, feels like spa ones.

Over the years, I've spent more on pillows than I'd care to remember, hoping to find one that would not go flat after a day or two. Finally found this one -- and *love* it!As a fan of samurai movies, I noticed people often sleeping with their heads on what looked like a small, hard, rounded support. After some investigation, I discovered these headrests are cloth-covered wood. Just out of curiosity and because they were not very expensive, I decided to try one. I wrap mine in a folded bath towel (you don't want to drool on the wood!) and was very surprised to learn how comfortable this pillow is.Have been sleeping on it now for three months and have no plan to return to standard foofy pillows. I know it does not seem obviously comfortable to sleep on a hunk of wood, but it certainly works for me. In addition, it should last more or less forever, so I'll never again have to purchase standard pillows, each of which costs as much or more than this nicely-finished piece of cypress wood. I even plan to take it with me when I travel.

Simple review: this is neck killer, use it for a night, you probably have to go to hospital the next day

I love the pillow as it helps stimulate my nerves around the neck area in any position I try to turn around. I have hard time to sleep because I often get pain around my neck and shoulder. Here is how it is so amazing... I just tried this for a few minutes, after a few turns to my sleeping positions so I can target on different nerves in the bank, left and right, all around my neck... it made me fall in to sleep I figure out that when the neck and should are realize, probably it gets more blood flow and oxygen to my brain and that is how It gets so quickly to put me in sleep by itself. Thanks for such a great tool.

I use it daily for 10mins and I'm like new and stress very low afterwards Two thumbs UP!

Very nice; could be a little thinner in the depth, with a slight bit more of a curve- the entire neck area is cut into the wood in one flat cut, with only the very edges beveled to meet the sides; would be nicer if there was a little more of a bevel into the neck area.Have been looking for one for a few years, but couldn't find one that was satisfactory. I appreciate the heft and the size. Perfect.

I like this neck pillow a lot. It is simple, clean, and natural. I do not sleep on it all night, but I find it relaxing for short naps or long periods of laying down thinking. I also use it for other random purposes. It was worth the price.

Wish I had used this a long time ago. I am 59 and I felt more rejuvenated especially in the morning. When I need to turn sideways I put a small terry cloth on it. I love this very much
