X550 Dual Motor Mini Whole Body Vibration Platform Machine

I received this machine two weeks ago and have been using it every day since. I had done a lot of reading and research before buying this particular machine and decided to buy it because of the low price, design and great description online. I wanted to try a cheap machine to see if I would use it and if power plate (WBV) exercise would make the differences I had read about in many articles.I have to say - I love it ! This particular machine works just perfect, could not name a specific negative thing about it. Using a EBV machine feels fantastic, I actually sometimes just stand on it and feel how it literally wakes up the whole body. I use it in 3 different speeds for 10 min each per day. Just doing simple and kind of self invented exercises (it is easy to feel what position works on what parts of the body when standing on it and just using that and making little movements to work on other parts of the body works perfectly).After those two weeks I feel much more energized, alive and it is very obvious that my range of movement and vibrancy in my joints is completely different. The knowledge and very obvious feeling that EBV literally wakes up and moves all cells in the body, i have to say....first...I believe, know and feel it...and second.....everyone would benefit greatly from such kind of exercise -young or old....everyone can easily use it.

So... I'm a 39 year old athletic female. 5'1", 130 lbs.I've used WBV machines before, so I really wanted a quality product with a dual motor. I was skeptical about this machine because of the low price, but boy was I in for a pleasant surprise!The plate is large and sturdy, and you can tell just by looking at it that it's high quality.The vibration is intense. I can currently only tolerate level 35 for both oscillation and vibration settings. I use it for 10 minutes when I get home from work and another 10 minutes before I get ready for work in the morning.The absence of bars/poles is genius! The other models take up so much space for nothing. Plus the bars get in the way when you want to do different exercises and stretches.The arm bands take the WBV to another level! Check out "upper body" work out positions for WBV on YouTube. After ten minutes I am sore, for real.In 10 days I have lost 5 pounds, and I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks (shame on me). This machine provides a good work out, but with it's relaxing effect, you can go straight to sleep immediately afterwards if you want!I've also noticed that my skin is glowing, and my chronic constipation is gone.The only problem I have is that the hooks connecting the arm bands to the WBV are not durable at all. I had to get better ones from the home depot ($5.00).I hope this helps y'all!!

I read reviews before I purchase things like this and was disappointed. Overall experience was not that great. Machine might have heavy duty motors, but the mechanism seemed very "stiff", not very smooth motion. Felt very jarring to stand on, compared to a more expensive machine I tried. The logo was a giant sticker stuck onto the unit, which is interesting to note as I have seen other models out there with the exact same shell and design, one of which even is from a company that makes really high end (expensive) units. That makes me concerned that their machine which costs 3x as much would use the same lower quality mechanism inside.The remote didn't come with batteries. Maybe I got a restocked unit? I ended up sending it back, but didn't realize until too late that I had to pay return shipping. Buyer beware!

Great price but caribiners that held straps broke right away.

Works well and actually better than a model I paid over $2,000 for several years ago when this technology was brand new. I like the fact that it has the dual motors which will provide better results. Minuses are the remote stopped working in the second month, the unit is difficult to program and the instruction manual is just useless, which may be why I am having a problem programming the unit.

I loved this machine at first!! Then it broke after 2months!! If your looking for a vibration machine, just get a nice one (aka expensive) but they are worth it. These are made of cheap parts and with a machine that is meant to shake and raddle the cheap parts just don't hold up. I used the machine everyday, and the insides just stopped working. The plate would not vibrate and it just made the vibration noise. So I contacted the company and they sent me a response back saying they would get back to me and I never heard from them again. Terrible customer service and they do not stand by their products.

My wife tried a vibrating plate at the State Fair and decided that she needed one. I did research and found this one at Amazon for about $600 less than the one at the State Fair and with similar features. This has two motors that we wanted for both vertical and oscillating motion and is portable so we can take it with us when we travel. After a few days of use it began to make rattling noise during use so I removed the case and carefully inspected the mechanisms while the plate was running. I found no problems and was impressed with the heavy duty and quality of the design and construction. I also learned how to adjust the feet for level load and lock them in place. After reinstalling the cover and leveling and locking the feet there has been no more rattling noise under any operating modes. (Previous noise was from not leveling and locking feet properly.) I did buy a separate two year warranty from Amazon. Based on several hours of use so far and my inspection I do not expect to have to use the warranty. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good vibrating plate. It is well worth the price.
