It will be the same as the Nintendo and Sony classic consoles :it will come with a USB power cable but not the adapter, which is not really a problem as any standard USB plug will work, ie the one that comes with your phone.

will this play on the new smart tv,s only reason i am asking my original game wont get a decent picture

It uses HDMI - it should run like any other console without problems.

How long is the cable for the controller?

It looks about 1.2 metres, it's not the really short ones like the Nintendo Mini Consoles have...
