Patience Pays and it tastes great
The waffle batter on its own was sticking to the waffle iron and instructions provided on the package and this board were both wrong. After wasting almost a kg I figured something that works.4 cups of this powder1.5 cups water2 egg whites or you could add cornstarch like 2 spoons5 tablespoons oilBeat the egg whites first and then gradually mix it in the completed batterOil the waffle iron a bit and make world class waffles. On the taste side a slight bitter aftertaste but can be mitigated by buttering and maple syrup. The waffle iron I have is a Waring Pro which is perhaps the best in the world. Giving 4 stars as the product needs more backing from the company.

ok type, nothing special but saving time.
Easy to prepare. I took 2 cups of mix + 1 cup of water and + 2 tablespoons of oil. No need to add eggs , Very easy to mix and waffles are crispy enough. We follow a recipe and that is also equally good but takes time and energy to prepare. This is quick.I got slightly bitter in taste, not sure that is due to the mix or the preservative.Although not good, not bad. Can purchase regularly looking into convenience if the price is reduced.

Good one. Value for money.
To be frank. Perfect waffle all depends on Waffle Maker, batter and how you make it. I found Josef Marc pretty good. Used 3 cup batter and 1.5 cup water and 3 teaspoon vegetable oil. Kept batter thick. Also it is necessary to preheat, grease maker both side with oil and to cook it for at least 8 min. Taste was ok and perfectly balanced. Not sweet. Topping is where the real magic comes from.

Delivers as advertised
Easy to use. Saves time. Will make only half qty of waffles, since 60/70 gms are required to make one waffle. Still it is a good buy.You may add 5 gms of Cocoa powder to enhance the taste.

Decent
In line with several past reviews, we also found the taste of the batter little bit on bitter side. However once you top it of with maple syrup or nutella for example, it balances out pretty well. The consistancy of the dought is quite nice. Just follow the cooking instructions and you will be rewarded with decent waffles.
