Omica OrganicsStevia Extract Sweetener Powder (1.7 oz)

Absolutely no bitterness, no additives, and it tastes sweet and yummy! I had tried other stevia including liquids and powders. I can't believe I absolutely love this stevia now. I used to dread putting stevia in my coffee, but wanted a sweetener with some health benefits. Not only is it not bitter, it actually tastes very good and sweet, not funny taste. It is organic too! The cost is excellent because you only need very little to sweeten. Like others have said it does not come with a scoop, it has a shaker top which is not very useful for coffee. Just purchase a measuring spoon ring with it, with 1/64 measure called a "drop" size (as opposed to "dash" etc, and sweeten to taste, adding more or less as you prefer. The serving size is 1/80th on the package, but I like it a little sweeter, so I won't get 1000 servings as advertised. It comes in a glass bottle which I love. Like others have said, it does clump a little at the top of the cup if you use it in coffee, but you just smash the clump on the sides of the mug and it instantly dissolves so it is no problem. I now look forward to using stevia and feel better about the added health benefits of my sweetener. Please don't stop making it Omica Organics, don't change a thing. I tried Trader Joe's and it tasted very bitter and the taste was very weird not at all like sugar. This is just pure sweet goodness. Everybody buy some so they don't quit making it!

As others have said, powder so fine it is hard to shake without overdoing it, etc. Before I try using a 1/64th spoon I wanted to try putting popcorn kernals in bottle. Dont know if the popcorn will release moisture over time. So, if you have a pretty full bottle you will have take ALOT out and store elsewhere till needed. It takes alot of kernals and little stevia to work well. The kernals keep huge amount of stevia from coming out. Maybe rice would work also.

I really like the taste of this stevia. It doesn't have that nasty aftertaste. It goes a very long way as you only have to use a little as it is very sweet. At first I used too much as I was used to other brands. It does clump a little when you put it your drink, so I just stir it a bit more. I don't know how it would be in cold drinks as I only use it in hot teas. It could also use one of those tiny measuring spoons that often come with other brands instead of a shaker top. Despite those few shortcomings, I will buy this again.

I've been using this stevia for years and swear by it. I love that it's organic, single ingredient, and in a small glass jar. It's very potent, so a little goes a long way. All you need is a tiny amount for full flavor. I've tried a lot of stevia and this is one of my favorites. I often take it traveling and sometimes even to local cafes to sweeten my drinks.Their liquid stevia is fantastic too!

I've tried a lot of different stevias and have found them unsatisfactory because of their bitter aftertaste. Omica stevia powder is truly ultra sweet with absolutely no bitter aftertaste. The bonus is that it is certified organic, grown and processed in the US, comes in a glass bottle that won't leach chemicals into the product, and has no fillers or added ingredients. I like the fact that it is slightly clumpy, which means that it does NOT contain flow agents, which other stevias contain but are not required to be included on the label list of ingredients. The required serving size is miniscule, one bottle should last me a long time, and I thought the price quite reasonable considering all of the bonus points mentioned above. I will definitely buy this again, and will also promote this product to friends and family.

This is the best stevia I've tried. (I've tried most brands at stores) I found this one originally at Erewhon, and loved that it had 1000 servings! Its sweet, no bitter aftertaste. Pure sweet flavor. I use it for coffee exclusively, and need to buy it a couple times a year. My family and I use it, love !!!!

Best stevia I’ve tried so far. You have to get a 1/64 teaspoon “drop” measuring spoon or you will not be able to use this sparingly enough. I have been very pleased with everything I’ve made with this: whipped cream, sweet potato casserole, coffee cake, pancakes, etc. TBH I have not yet found the perfect amount for whipped cream though. It depends on the vanilla you are using. I have the Vanilla flavored stevia liquid drops from this company as well and they are top notch just like the powder, but mix into liquids like coffee better.

I have tried many , this is simply the best tasting with ZERO bitter after taste. Something to do with the way they process the stuff. I will say they are getting veeeery greedy at OMICA! My second bottle cost twice the price as the first one. No spoon or moisture bag in the second bottle either, and you kind of need it ! BECAUSE of the way it is made, it is a very fine powder that is susceptible to clumping from moisture . BooooUpdate: 4/11/19 , I will no longer be buying this product. Not only have they raised the price again my, first bottle years ago cost about 8 bucks. They have changed the way they process this. I noticed a different consistency in my most recent bottle. It was more corse. I contacted the company and they claim that everything is the same. They sent me another bottle from a different batch ( there are batch # 's on label) with the same result. Something has changed. Not as good as it once was. Tastes like so many others now with that slight bitter after taste. They got greedy and then changed the processing so what made this product special has been eliminated . Bye.
