No sugar or sugar alcohols. I was fine with chewing on this gum. Now the bad news: I looked up the ingredients: "E321" which is butylated hydroxytoluene or BHT and "E320" which is butylated hydroxyanisole or BHA, and also E171 which is Titanium Dioxide. There's plenty of information on the internet showing these are not the best things to be in your gum, some say cancer causing or otherwise toxic.
