Ruthless: A Dark Mafia Romance Kindle Edition

I am a huge fan of mafia romance but this book was so bad . The heroines name is something weird that I have no idea how to pronounce . Her inner monologue made me wish I had to gun to shoot her . The writing didn’t flow smoothly. Gio meets the heroine in a bar . Her boyfriend has cheated and she tells him they are done but he won’t take no for an answer . Gio steps in and saves her which leads to a one night stand . Now this is understandable and par for the course with romance novels but that is where it ends . During the one night stand the hero tells the heroine he is hers and no matter where she runs or hides he will always find her . After the deed he has a driver escort her out and acts like an ass. Then he shows up at her house . He tells her how much she is his blah blah blah . They have sex and then he says she will never see him again and not to look for him . Ya da tads we’ve heard that before . 🤦‍♀️ These characters are scitsophrenic or something . Then he shows up at the hospital where she works . Tells her how much she is his blah blah . I quit ! I give up . These people are giving me whip lash . I can’t read this crap any longer . I have only given 1-2 star reviews a couple of times in 10 years . I hate doing this but this book needs some major help.

Piper Stone never fails to amaze me with her books, she is incredibly talented and her books never leave me, and this is another example of that. Veridi and Gio are amazing together and the smut is absolute bliss. They have officially been added onto my couples list!

Definitely good stuff! Sexy moments that I don't think I like. I still couldn't stop reading.The spanking was too much.Suspense on who done it was good. I like the storyline!!

A doctor falls in love with the king of crime not knowing who he truly was upon meeting aside from a mutual attraction she can’t seem to ignore. He ends up being her patient and gets her into a lot more than she’s bargained for. He kidnaps her, takes her away, enough time for her up come to terms with her feelings before the man behind the betrayal of the family reveals himself. The book was fairly good, it was just a little too unrealistic at times and incomplete, especially when their intertwined past was brought forth. Their past seemed to pose such great meaning and depth but unfortunately her parents stole from his father and it seems to end there. Their chemistry was great, however it would’ve been nice if it contained more than just attraction and a hard to get storyline.

I've enjoyed previous books by Piper, but for me, "Ruthless: ... " fell short. Veridi's recalls of the past was too much and after first few times didn't hold my interest. I found myself rapidly skimming over &/or skipping over them altogether.

This book was exciting and the plot was good it was a mystery plant has a lot of nice things in it and it’s about a boy who loves a dangerous man and it goes on h. You won’t want to put this book down thank you

Awesome read, I did enjoy reading this story even though sometimes I wished Veridi didn't give in so easily but all in all it is a very good read, plenty of suspense, betrayal, submission, loyalty, friendship, good guy's, bad guys, good loving, finding and falling in love. A very well written story.

This book was very well written and l enjoyed most of it. I am not into punishment but I still read it through to the end.

I really don't know what theses authors think but keeping a person against her will is abuse. Being forced upon after saying no is abuse.Books like this give some women the impression that this is normal even if you scream "it's just a book", it will not stop some women thinking, if this person thought of writing it them some part of it is real.There should be a level of common sense when writing books like this.Not my thing at all.
