This is good birdseed, but it has 2x sunflower seeds. Seems like the birds that come to my bird feeder don't particularly like sunflower seeds, so it's not the best birdseed for my feeder. On the plus side (if you consider it a plus, which I don't), the squirrels love the sunflower seeds. Fortunately, I have a squirrel proof feeder and the only seeds the squirrels get are those the birds throw out.

Have had no complaints from the birds of any kind. Must be good and good for them as they keep coming back in flocks. Not a bad price.
