If using on grass will it kill the grass?

No- the SpeedSac will not kill grass.

i live in AZ grass is scarce out here. will this die on pavement/parking lot ? lol

It’s good on grass, astroturf etc. I can’t vouch for pavement, concrete, gravel etc.

My 14 year old son said it easy just Velcro it around ur waist.
