This is literally so good I told everyone in my class about it and they don't even speak English... this helped through so many tough times at home, with friends, with school, pressure, my depression, my anxiety and my cutting addiction, I feel so blessed with the opportunity to afford this book and I hope that it helps everyone just like it helped me!!
