its not my favorite product of green coffee fat burner this particular brand mad me very jumpy and not sleep so great. but thats just me, it does help you lose weight though. if you are sensitive though i wouldnt recommend

I WAS REALLY HOPING IT WOULD HAVE LOSE A COUPLE OF POUNDS BUT NO DIFFERENT IN ANYTHING.. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE IT AGAIN.

When I took these pills I always threw up not long after. Maybe I had an intolerance for them, not sure, but I wouldn't recommend these to anyone else. They did come in a timely manner and other people had luck with them, so maybe it was just me.

This is the second green coffee bean product I've tried, and I loved it! Take it 30 min before meals (sometimes hard to remember), and eat sensibly, and you'll see results. Don't overdo the bread intake and drink lots of water. Working out along with it helps too, of course. But I didn't work out that much while on it. One thing I did notice was I didn't feel tired immediately after eating lunch and dinner, which is good.

I did not see what everyone was bragging about when I tried. It did not help me at all. Thanks

I just started using this product recently and I have noticed that I'm losing a little bit of weight. I'm hoping that I continue to see some more weight loss over time. it was originally out of stock, but I was informed by Amazon that the product came in and I got it sooner than expected.

Bought based off of great reviews, may stick with product and buy from different supplier. Saw no results taken twice daily along with raspberry ketones. took for 4 or 5 weeks until I started feeling jittery and sick. May not be for me.
