Yes! I also have a full bull nose edge on my countertop. The edge of the board is deep enough to catch the edge of the counter.

Absolutely not! This is a wonderful pastry board!

Q: What is the finish on this board; is it food grade?

This is one of the best boards I ever used. I have received a lot of comments from friends who are loving it as well. I love the fact they put circles with measurements engraved on the board, it takes away a lot of guess work. I don’t think there is a finish on it, I have washed it a lot, it is easy to wash. For storage, I slide it between my refrigerator and wall.
