Perfect fit for my 1967 Ford F100. I installed a touch screen stereo, so I needed this part to keep the stereo in a better angle.

Upper dash=EZ|Lower dash=PITA
Needed a trim plate for single din on a Volvo 240’s lower dash. I have the upper dash occupied with a set of gauges. If you decide to Mount your radio in the upper portion, takes like 30 sec. If you, like my situation, must Mount to the lower dash; You better be prepared to do some work. The instructions are utterly useless. It makes mention of the correct trim piece for its respective dash location. However installation method is non existent. See attached photos you’ll understand. It requires middle console to be removed nearly to the blower motor! No kidding. The flat trapezoid piece basically replaces or takes place of the lower felt-lined pocket of a 200 series. Besides that, the trim fits perfectly. Good luck and don’t forget to screw those ground wire ring terminals back on.

Retains OEM look while allowing for aftermarket radio
Exact fit for my needs! I used this dash set in my 1989 Volvo 745. It retains the stock look of the dash, is super sturdy, and works quite well for the aftermarket radio I installed.

Works great, stereo held firmly in place
Use a box knife to carefully cut the tabs out of the center, and all else will go smoothly. Works great, stereo held firmly in place. Make sure you bend the stereo bracket tangs to secure it to the mounting bracket before installing it in the dash, as it may be hard to remove the bracket once installed (Volvo 940 bracket).
