Was having issues with flipping the screen called at 11:45 PM on election night and within 5 minutes had all 4 screens up and running. Excellent customer service and the product does exactly what it says it does. Make sure you use the presets to quickly toggle through your favorite settings. I have multiple presets for full screen, 2 x 1 and 1 x 2. I have only had it a couple of days, but so far it is an awesome product and worth every dollar spent on it.

there is no manual in the box, only with 1 CD.remote doesn't work, even I pull out the plastic peace; system cooling fan is too noisy.i have contact this seller, they not reply me question directly, i not recommend to buy it. i will return it back.

Customer service is very poor. Received a defective product. Customer service said they would send a replacement. That has been over a month ago with no response now from customer service. VERY UNSATISFIED.
