Yes it can be vented and yes it fits in 24” space!
Yes it vents. Both vertically and horizontally.Don’t need a 25” width to install. Issue is the depth of the uppers. If they are over 13.5” deep. the door May hit. Mine were 13”. No issues.

Installed it and it does not heat
For the price it really is not very nice. It is very loud when operating and like I said in headline, it does not heat. Last then have to sit on phone for a minimum of 30 minutes to talk to someone.
